Sheenz Educational Solutions is Hyderabad India-based startup. Dictionary meaning of Sheen is Lustre, Brightness or Shimmer, Radiance, etc. The name of this venture comes from the first name of the founder Shireen Adeeb Mujtaba Ali. So basically, “Sheenz means shine”. It is led by a cohort of enthusiastic individuals with rich teaching experience in our respective fields. We have given ourselves a hashtag #sti which stands for Sheenz Team Initiative. It started as a social experiment on March 02, 2021, we wanted to assess if there is a place for any such startups. Initially, we created a profile on Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook and received an overwhelming response from peers. Everyone wanted to join Sheenz and be a part of it in every possible way for which we are grateful. Sheenz is a baby project still in its infancy. The new normal that pandemic has acquainted us with is Virtual work culture, at Sheenz we offer our services online and our forte is education. Hence, Sheenz is an online Edutech startup.

Tutoring is an age-old practice and it is never outdated. In every generation, students look for tuitions. Due to pandemic, many people have lost their jobs, through Sheenz we provide a platform for talented and well-deserving individuals to make use of their knowledge in a constructive way and take up tutoring as a source of income. 

Counseling is to show the right direction. It so happens many times that even though students are intelligent but lack a vision for which academic/ career counseling is a great boon.

Educational workshops too are conducted at Sheenz. Several initiatives are taken up by the Government of India on conducting online workshops, courses, and tutorials to strengthen the education sector in India. According to reports, India stands second after the USA, when talking about online education. Therefore, by conducting educational workshops Sheenz will help students to update themselves in the respective subject or learn new insights. I am S Adeeb Mujtaba Ali, Msc (2006) B.ed (2013) ICAR NET(2018) Im pursuing PhD in Microbiology from Osmania University Hyderabad India 2018-present. I completed my Masters (Microbiology OU) in 2006, worked as lecturer for 12year at Shadan Degree and PG College Khairatabad Hyderabad Telangana India. First two years I taught degree students later started teaching post graduates.  I have mentored many students from Msc Microbiology and Msc Nutrition disciplines for in house projects. Guided School teachers in national level science fairs and was invited as a Judge to an Inter school National Level Competition. During my tenure as Lecturer, I also use to do admin related work, counselling students for taking up courses or jobs.

To my credits I have two first authored research articles, 3 book chapters 1 published (co-author) two in press (one first author and one co-author). I have also authored a handbook or lecture notes on Bacterial quorum sensing. Where communication is the key.

Even though I’m from a Microbiology background, I have an innate quality to research (any given topic), read mind and assess personality (sensing and feeling), talking out, and help people solve their ambiguities towards life especially in choosing a profession or a career. From my past experience, I confidently bet that people feel relieved and directed after communicating with me. I have been counseling students for over a decade not only in education-related queries but also in their personal issues. With my rich experience in the education field and the inclination for the subject (counseling), I consider myself as well equipped, perfect fit in all my capacity for this profession (Career counselor). As a certified career analyst, I am sure I can help many people (students and working professionals) on a large scale.  It so happens that, sometimes even though students are intelligent and talented they lack a vision, there are those individuals who are dwelling with the mid-career crisis who are already working but not satisfied with the current job and planning to quit but do not know where to head. Therefore, in my opinion, this is the time a counselor is a blessing in disguise, who not only helps them to have a vision but also unintentionally boosts up their morale and outlook towards life.
